The club flying field at New Hartford is officially "OPEN" for the season.  On May 4th we overlaid new petromat on the two center sections of the runway.

 

Always be aware of threatening weather conditions, and

if necessary, take shelter or evacuate the area.

The club flying field is "open" for flying year-round.  However, the gate on the access road is locked unless members are present.  The gate combination is on the back of your 2019 Black Hawk R/C Pilots membership card.

The purpose of the Club is to promote building and flying of all types of radio controlled model aircraft, and to support the program of the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) for the advancement of all phases of model aviation.

 

All activities of the Black Hawk Radio Control Pilots conform with the Rules of the Academy of Model Aeronautics including regulations governing model aircraft contests.
